Day of Coordination
You are an organized planner, a go getter with time on your side, as well as help from friends, family, and your fiancé to plan.
You feel comfortable selecting your location and professionals, putting together your plans and design, but need some help to make sure the best night of your life is executed as just so.
Initial consultation (via phone, in person, Skype or FaceTime)
During the 2 months prior, there will be two meetings with the Client
- 1st meeting- Discuss details and review wedding day plans and produce a timeline of the wedding day
- 2nd meeting- Final detail meeting with client, meet at venue if available.
The meetings will cover the following:
- Unlimited emails and phone calls during the 2-month period
- Vendor confirmation for arrival and end times, including strike time
- Communicate venue’s policies and procedures for unloading, set up and tear down
- Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items
- Distribute Client- approved timeline to all vendors at least 1 week before wedding date
- Assist Officiant and orchestrate ceremony rehearsal with bridal party and family
- Assist in the coordination of ceremony to reception room flip, if needed
- Transfer ceremony items to the reception site
- Supervise and assist with set up of personal items provided by client (seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, sign-in guest book, etc.)
- Work with band musicians/DJ to establish timing for grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and last dance
- Prepare and handle final payments and gratuities to vendors
- Collect all gifts and personal items provided by client for decor
- On site management for up to 9 hours on the "Day Of"
*all rental items must be handled by the rental companies before and after your event, there is an additional fee for handling of rental items on the "day of"
*for weddings with 150+ guests, we require a second assistant for an additional $150
